Matt has been a mechanic for nearly 20 years. After running the service department for several large construction companies it was finally time for Matt to have his own Service Department. Matt has grown the company from a 1 man show to a 1/2 dozen field mechanics that keep some of the biggest construction companies in the US up and running. Matt's Service department keeps the equipment running in the Bakken to make the US Energy Independent.

Brad has helped start and grow many companies in the last 10 years. Much of his time has been spent in financial services, but two stints at 2 different Caterpillar dealerships gave Brad the "inside track" as to just what makes a successful parts department. With the customer base and the vendor connections, adding Brad to the team at EMS made all the sense in the world. Brad has helped create a world class parts department that operates 24-7.
