Company Summary

A 250 seat main house, 110 seat studio, rehearsal and workshop areas. The theatre will operate as a business, with an all day canteen cafe, bar, internal and outside seating all complimenting the theatre. The business has received huge support from the local community, based in a Mary Portas development area the locality is developing. Brighton is the most densely populated city outside London with over 8m population within catchment area.

Gary brings to Emporium a wealth of knowledge of the theatre and film industry, excellent aesthetic awareness & a proven ability to do deliver results within very tight budgets.

Most recently James Venue managed Upstairs at Three and Ten for The Brighton Fringe 2012. A collector of film, theatre and television memorabilia, James brings an extensive knowledge of film history and business acumen to Emporium.
