He earned a Guinness World Record for the Largest Food Drive before founding and serving as CEO of Pennies 4 Progress, which scaled nationally allowing thousands of merchants and their customers to fundraise for over 60,000 top-rated non-profits and schools. He worked as recruiter at The Nautical Group before launching EmployUs.

Jeff was a former CEO and owner of Manpower's largest independent franchise, a $200M+ staffing firm with over 9,000 employees. Jeff sold his ownership stake in Manpower to Manpower Global in 2007 before working in M&A for Manpower Global. With over 35 years in the recruiting and staffing industry, Jeff breaks a wealth of industry experience and connections. He currently is the CEO / founder of The Nautical Group, a boutique executive search firm.

Matt was the co-founder and Lead Engineer of a social media analytics start-up, Digaforce (acquired in 2012) before joining the email / marketing automation platform, Bronto (acquired in 2015 for $200M). He has a M.CompSci from NC State University.
