    I started studying Industrial Engineering at the Technikon Pretoria in 1999. In 2001 I started my practical experience for Coca Cola – SABCO where I worked on a skills development team. I started my own business in Rustenburg in 2002, this was where I learnt of a huge gap existing in the employment market, especially in the mining sector. With my acquired skills and knowledge learnt, we created a tool to fill this gap.
