    I was on vacation in 2003 while working for Woolf Associates, a sports powerhouse for 40 years. I got a call - the words "we're closing our doors" will never escape me.

    I just turned 24 and knew I eventually wanted to start my own company. I decided to call NBA Hall of Famer Robert Parish. I asked if he'd stick with me if I went on my own. He said yes and Sports Identity was born.
