Bob brings over 20 years of experience launching successful new businesses and turning them into sustainable, growth-oriented companies. At an early age, Bob found his passion for entrepreneurship while studying Business & Economics at the University of British Columbia, and Applied Anthropology at the University of Waterloo.

Anne is an accomplished and successful executive with over 25 years’ experience in delivering technology solutions to support and drive business needs. As an executive with large enterprises, Anne worked across a broad spectrum of industries and consistently delivered successful multi-year, multi-million dollar projects.

Don is the author of Empatico’s behavioural assessment and earned recognition as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) for his behavioural research in HR and Organizational Development. He holds a B.A. from Murray State University, M.Div from the University of Toronto and D.Min from the University of Alberta, St. Stephen’s College. Dr. Wright was awarded the Canadian Forces Decoration (CD) for his service in the Canadian Armed Forces.
