Emparta is an infrastructure for employment on the blockchain. It allows individuals to maintain their own portable and independently verified employment identity on the blockchain (we call it an “Employment Passport”) which can be used to instantly engage in a digital employment contract and be instantly on-boarded by an employer with no paperwork or payroll administration required by either party.
