Company Summary

EMWO schools are tailored to meet needs of children from poor families by scaling and regionalizing. Fees will be competitive with government schools covering tuition, extended school hours, uniforms, books, exams, extracurricular activities and one nutritious meal. We will use technology extensively to run the schools and centralize administration. Our primary and junior secondary will help towards eradicating illiteracy and poverty in Nigeria.

    Co-founder of the Lekki Peninsula College has an MA from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax Nova Scotia and a PhD from York University, Canada in Gender and Women’s Studies. She worked for over 15years in the non-profit sector with young people and women in Nigeria. Her work in the non-profit sector covered economic empowerment, capacity building, advocacy for children’s rights and women’s empowerment.
