Company Summary
Emerging Threats Pro (ETP) helps companies block attacks on their corporate networks. We do this by assimilating massive amounts of threats, evaluating them, and providing "rules" for IDS systems to block the threats. We also provide IP Reputation data to help companies understand if the computers accessing their network are safe. ETP currently sells to end-users and small OEMs, We have landed Cisco and have other large OEMs in the pipeline.

Ken GramleyCEO
Ken was previously an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Elevate Ventures, a private/public venture fund focused on the start-up community in Indiana. He was co-founder, VP of Engineering and Operations for Covelight Systems (acquired by Radware), a security appliance vendor focused on web application usage and integrity. Prior to that he was co-founder, VP of Engineering for Hatteras Networks (now Overture Networks), a network equipment company.

Matt JonkmanCTO
Matt Jonkman is the CTO, co-founding partner and majority shareholder of ETP and founder of the 10-year-old Emerging Threats.net open source community. He is also the President of the Open Information Security Foundation (OISF), a non-profit organization funded by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and a consortium of industry partners to build Suricata, the next-generation IDS/IPS engine launched in July 2010.
