Allan has over twenty-five years experience in transportation/logistics with major worldwide carriers. His background in building sales/agent networks, shipping automation and the owner of a successful logistics company in 2003 (sold in ’07) was the perfect catalyst for launching emergeIT. Allan is a graduate of Business Management from Ryerson Polytechnical, and completed courses from the Sloan School of Management.

Michael is responsible for all aspects of emergeIT’s web-based shipping software technology. Michael has over twenty five years of entrepreneurial and management experience in the computer systems and software arena. He is considered a pioneer and leader in the design and application of web based shipping systems in North America. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Dave McLeod is a VP responsible for strategic sales channel development and carrier relationships. Dave brings to emergeIT 25 years of sales and sales management experience within the logistics industry, including domestic and international freight forwarding as well as having spent 12 years at FedEx. Dave is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, having completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Mike Nowak is a corporate VP who has been building client relationships and executing sales strategies for more than 26 years. Most of this time has been spent in the logistics field with a focus on international market development. Mike is multi-lingual and has a B.S.S. from the University of Ottawa with a concentration in International Law.

Matt McLeod is an experienced marketer in today's online world. With 13 years under his belt focused on Web marketing, social media campaigns, and user interfaces, Matt is a perfect fit for the Software as a Service (SaaS) space. With a complimentary background in video, Matt has the ability to build and direct many of emergeIT’s growth requirements in-house.
