Founded in summer of 2010, Emerald City Beer Company, set out to create beer that is both tasty and approachable. With Dottie, we aimed to amuse beer geeks with flavor without overwhelming craft beer newbies. Our goal was to brew beer for the uninitiated, introducing the unenlightened to the world of craft beer while still appealing to beer geeks looking for an alternative to the heavy, potent, bigger craft beers common in the Northwest.
