    Cody has spent his career in the high tech SaaS industry working for the ActiveNetwork. While at Active Cody quickly rose through the sales ranks from sales rep to sales manager to sales director managing multiple business segments. In 2011 Cody moved to a Sr. Sales Analyst position to better develop his skills set and to understand the levers that drive sales and revenue. In this position Cody directly supports the VP of Sales Operations.

    Ella was born in September of 2010 and by the young age of two had made a name for herself at EllaMenoPea by overseeing quality assurance testing for all of EllaMenoPea's products. EllaMenoPea's CEO, Cody Lamens, reports directly to Ella and she thoroughly has him wrapper around her finger.
