Elizabeth attended Marquette University and worked with Kohler Co. for four and a half years and settled in Neenah, WI. Elizabeth Virginia will allow Elizabeth to use her passion for fashion combined with her marketing and brand management background gained at Kohler Co. Betsy will finish her MBA from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in May 2012. Elizabeth is active with the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and the United Way.

Dr. Smith is a highly successful biotechnologist and molecular biologist with over thirty years of experience. He is one of two co-inventors of the drug called Enbrel used to treat autoimmune diseases. Annual revenues for Enbrel are $8.5 billion. Dr. Smith is also the Founder of a biotech firm, VLST Corporation, based in Seattle, in which he served as CEO and CSO, raising $65 million in venture capital funds. Dr. Smith is an iinvestor.
