I am the CEO of this company and will be overseeing the management and employees of the restaurant. I will also being participating in the baking aspect of the restaurant.

Brian has been working in the food industry for over 18 years. He will be cooking, helping customers and working with our local farmers for supplies.

William will be one of our local farmers and will be working with other farmers to be our organic supply. He will be working in the store during peak hours when available. And will also be one of the speakers at our after hours learning sessions about farming and organic foods.
