Phoenix Farm, LLC will be the parent organization for Pond View Wellness Center, The Eli Whitney Blackwell, Sr. Agriculture Center, Tiny Tails Petting Zoo, Broken Clock Trail Ride, The Roach Coach Run, The Crow's Nest Bed and Breakfast, and Hooves of Hope Equine Assisted Therapy Center.

Opening Tiny Tails Petting Zoo will generate revenue to begin construction of the other entities. The Agriculture Center will be next, as it can do the same.
