The goal is to develop a program geared towards training sports-minded teens. The Raleigh, NC area has local colleges, providing current college athletes, and recent graduates as coaches. College athletes are experienced, in that they have made it to the aspired level already, so they know what it takes. Athlete coaches can be used as scouts for their schools, relaying information to their coaches, or alumni coach, about promising athletes.
