Andrew is an accomplished leader in the technology and business sector, advanced in many fields of technology including; POS Systems Analyst, Data Protection, Business Continuity, Planning, Manage Services, Data Center Services and Consulting. He has experience Managing IT infrastructures, risks associated with acquiring, installing and supervising many different independent point products throughout his career.

Scott has worked in start-ups for more than 20 years and part of 2 IPO's, which became Guidant and Boston Scientific. Scott has participated in the largest medical device merger in history with the $4.3B acquisition of AVE by Medtronic. Scott Foster is a graduate of law school from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Foster has also completed the mediation program at Pepperdine University
