Company Summary

We are seeking two rounds of investment ($500k and $2.5m) for an ASX-listed company to complete re-quotation. We have acquired over 15 companies in the past 18 months in the digital/media/IT sector across Australia and New Zealand and require the funding to complete several of the acquisitions and begin trading on the market again. The group already has a $10m equity facility in place to further expand its operations after re-quotation.
