Dr. Brian Thompson, founder and Chief Executive Officer for Elemental Enzymes, has over 10 years of experience in the study of bacteria and the process of enzyme production. He is the inventor of the technology licensed by Elemental Enzymes. Brian plans to further Elemental Enzymes through IP protection and new patent applications. Brian received his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Kansas State University.

Dr. Katie Thompson has experience in molecular biology and has studied various proteins and enzymes for over 8 years. She has identified and managed relationships to secure initial private investment for Elemental Enzymes as well as assisted in intellectual property and licensing negotiations. She has established and implemented the general financial infrastructure of the company. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Missouri.

Steve is the President of Owen Development Corp., an innovative real estate development company. Steve has also been the Chairman of Sequoia Sciences for over ten years, an emerging leader in drug discovery. He has been involved in the start-up of numerous companies, serving in the capacity of principal, director, officer and stockholder in various industries, including cosmetics, manufacturing, medical diagnostics, retailing, and aerospace.
