ElectroCyt is developing a simple, electronic, handheld, POC system for early and accurate prediction of life threatening events in hospitals. ElectroCyt has signed a $1.5M seed funding agreement with a large international strategic partner for the development and manufacture of low cost POC devices. ECI is seeking $500k to join this partner to complete our $2M seed round.
