    Dr. Shakespeare spent 21 years with AT&T Bell Laboratories and has had over 30 years of experience in product design and manufacture. He has 18 patents and applications with the USPTO, has over two dozen technical publications, and is a serial entrepreneur as a key employee or founder in three startup ventures over the last ten years. He has also been an Adjunct Professor and Visiting Research Scientist at Lehigh University.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Mr. Crompton has had over 35 years of experience in marketing and sales beginning with the advertising firm of Benton and Bowles, where he managed accounts for Campbells Soup, General Mills and Proctor and Gamble. He was Vice President of Marketing at Alpo Petfoods and Executive Vice President of Marketing at Tyco International. He is experienced in all aspects of marketing and sales of consumer products as well as general management.
