Electric Minds is a the Non-Profit entity of SPRRC, was created as a vehicle for Community Outreach. The city I live in has become increasingly crime ridden with a lack of positive outlets for youth. The Founder has worked/lived in the community for 35 yr & knows where the Gap are..she intends to fill them. Areas to be addressed are: Education/Awareness, Fine Arts, Services for Families of those Incarcerated and Child Welfare.
