I've already done this now twice so I know how to find the sales team, generate the leads, close them, provide a meaningful/valuable service to the customers, and keep them for an average of 9-12 months. There are 15-17 million small businesses that need SEO Services, yet very few that currently do. I'd like to build a larger scale firm with 5,000 monthly continuity customers at an average ticket price of $300/mo.
