With a long history of developing new technologies for markets, Dr. Perin has developed the Read It technology to build a platform for improving content delivery. Dr. Perin graduated from Indiana University in 1990 with a BS in Business and Computer Science and then medical school where he trained in Medical Informatics. He has applied his entrepreneurial spirit to guiding innovate ideas and technologies to the market for over 20 years.

Mr. Low has been developing websites professionally since he graduated from Fresno State California in 2006 with a BS degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He started working for a marketing company and worked with a highly trained team of development professionals.

Mr. Low has been developing his own content management system called Kimcee which is a web development framework that is now supporting several high traffic websites.

Mr. Barrientos has worked with many start-up-organizations focusing on Market Development, Funding and Human Capital issues. Several of his previous partnerships were acquired by major multinational companies. Mr. Barrientos attended Michigan State University, where he majored in Political Science.
