Jon is an internet pioneer & serial entrepreneur focusing on innovative products & services for small businesses. EggZack is Jon’s 5th start-up with successful exits from 3 previous endeavors. Jon’s most recent company was Need2Know – a large NJ web development company founded in 1995 that serviced the NY metro area. Jon sold the company in 2006.

Kyle Thomas is responsible for all aspects of EggZack’s technology development. He is nationally ranked in mathematics. Kyle has delivered the following papers and presentations: (a) “Naturally Adaptive Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Slime Mold”, and (b) “Scaling Algorithms for Distributed memory Management Across Ultra-high Core Count Machines”.

Rich Ullman is an Internet media and marketing executive with over two decades of experience in new and emerging media, specializing in brand positioning and strategy, emerging media, social media marketing and advertising. He served as SVP at Ripple6 (acquired by Gannett) and the Renegade Marketing Group and Managing Director and Director of Marketing at About.com (from startup through its IPO).

Helle-May Cheney initially joined EggZack’s management team to manage its customer support efforts and inside sales initiatives. Helle-May has a 20 year career in customer service and sales support management, small business initiatives and operations implementation for such companies as Olympus America, PECO Energy, and Qualex/Eastman-Kodak.
