Tyler is a serial entrepreneur with a background in finance and international business. Since the age of 12, Tyler has been active in competitive gaming in a multitude of roles and now leads the EGF team with a focus on strategic partnerships, systems, and growth.

Rockie is a highly experienced designer with a background in graphic design and print media sciences. Responsible for the bulk of our creative direction, Rockie has put an emphasis on clean and intuitive design.

Andrew is a well-accomplished complex systems analyst with a background in building intricate, scalable systems and procedures for multi-million dollar companies. Andrew is responsible for implementing processes and procedures for EGF's organization and data architecture.

David has a background in Management Information Systems with experience in process management and technical writing. David is responsible for primary editing responsibilities for community content creation as well as community engagement design for our open writing program.

Josh has a background in advertising photography and media production. He is responsible for the technical direction of our live broadcasts and development of our broadcast training and recruitment programs.
