Company Summary

EF offers customers Efficiency Contracts, which are used to finance and implement facility improvement projects. EF pays for all project costs (design, construction, & operation). EF engages external suppliers to design and implement the projects. Customers make periodic service payments, which are based on the actual efficiency performance and cost savings that a project creates. We already started activity in Italy where energy costs are high.
