In his 13+ years of career primarily at Oracle Corp. learnt to build large scale Enterprise Solutions & technologies. Koushik had started computer programing early at the age of 13 and is a post-graduate (M.S.) from BITS Pilani.

Ramesh looks at the EffiaSoft products from the functional perspective and provide ERP consulting to EffiaSoft Customers.
His area of expertise includes Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Shop Floor Efficiency and everything else to optimize business processes for an organization.
He pursued his MTech in Industrial Engineering from IIT Delhi.
