After many years working in higher education fundraising, she acted on a long-standing desire to become a teacher and changed careers. Natasha's struggles to find information about teaching jobs inspired her to create edPeople.

Adam J. McCabeCOO and Co-FounderAdam is currently in his seventh year teaching high school math at Renaissance High School in the Bronx. As math department chair at RHS, he has gained extensive experience in recruiting and mentoring new teachers. Adam is passionate about improving urban education through fostering a more connected community of professionally satisfied educators.
