We manufacture and sell staple flours fortified with Iron,Vitamin A, Zinc & Calcium to the majority of populations who are most hit by these deficiencies and who don't otherwise have access to centrally processed foods hence eliminating their opportunity to consume fortified foods.Our consumers are the low income earners living on $1.5-3 a day but need the health benefits of these critical micro-nutrients & can't afford conventional supplements

To fight malnutrition in the developing world,He founded Edom on a growing recognition that the existing micro-nutrient delivery systems is grossly inadequate. He holds a BA in Agricultural Economics from Moi University, a 2012 Fellow- Unreasonable Institute and a 2012 Echoing Green Fellow.

An award winning social worker and educator who has worked extensively on how best to widen the use of Poverty & Social Impact Analyses to asses the intentional and unintentional effects of development policies on nutrition. Throughout her professional career, she's worked to improve Iron, Vitamin A & Zinc intake for deficient children & women.
