Started by a frustrated culinary arts HS instructor that read a study that said if children under age 12 receive 50 hours of nutrition education, it will change the way they think about food. 30,000 students later, our chefs travel to schools with the equipment, supplies & food necessary for hands on culinary lessons. 2 years ago, we designed, invented & manufacture the Kitchen a la Cart, a mobile teaching kitchen with sales in 23 states.
