Mr. Anderson founded Edgewater Computer Systems in 1988 with the goal of creating theoretically correct real-time computer systems based on open standards. He provides R&D consulting services to organizations including US Airforce, US Navy and the Canadian DND. Mr. Anderson drove Edgewater's expansion into the wireless space and has been an active participant in IEEE standards development.

Responsible for leading Edgewater Wireless, Andrew's broad strategic perspective comes from his work with both multi-national equipment vendors and a number of start up network operators. Based in Asia for 7 years, Andrew worked for Newbridge Networks/Alcatel; InterWAVE Communications and the Canadian High Commission (Malaysia). A proven telecom innovator and leader, Andrew founded a GSM operator in Brasil.

Sam obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Carleton University in 1979 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1981. Since leaving public practice in 1985, Sam has worked in senior financial roles with public and private tech companies including Canadian Astronautics, InfoGraphic Systems, Systemhouse and most recently with Semiconductor Insights Inc.

An experienced senior product development and engineering executive, Donovan has over 20 years experience taking telecom products from concept to volume production. Donovan's skills managing engineering organizations are matched only by his intense focus on time-to-market. Prior to joining Edgewater, Donovan held senior engineering and R&D roles with Newbridge Networks/Alcatel, and startups such as Critical Telecom.
