Founder and CEO
Arman received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Toronto, in 2020, in electrical engineering. Arman is the recipient of provincial and federal academic awards including the Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship. Arman is working with his company to commercialize a new electric grid management system, developed during his Ph.D. program, to facilitate decarbonization and modernization of legacy electric grids.

Co-founder and Technical Advisor
In July 1987, Reza joined the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at University of Toronto, where he now holds the rank of professor with tenure. He founded the Centre for Applied Power Electronics in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering in 1989 and serves as its director. Reza is a fellow member of the Royal Society of Canada and IEEE. He has an encompassing view of the energy industry.
