Company Summary

Edge Payment Systems will operate as an independent sales organization (ISO) for an acquiring bank (e.g. First Data) by providing payment processing services to merchants. We will have a specific focus on leasing point-of-sale (POS) terminals to small to medium sized business that already have payment processing services. We will offer better rates, equipment, and customer support to sway merchants to sign up with our company.

    He has learned about the payment processing industry from his soon-to-be business partner who currently works for another payment processing as a National Sales Director. Stephen drafted the business plan after reviewing publicly available financial records from that company. (see attached docs)
