Company Summary

The concept for Eden Field Pub and Brewery is a gastropub featuring creative food that is sourced locally and complimented with seasonal ales,lagers, cider, and mead . Our customers will experience warm casual surroundings and our service will put the exclamation point on our creative food and world-class beverages. The original location will be the model from which we will build a network of at least four microbrewery and pubs.

    Patrick’s background includes 20 years in accounting, 20 years of small-batch brewing and opening restaurants. He is a leader and a problem-solver who can motivate his team to achieve results. His past accomplishments include interviewing, training and managing a staff of 20+ employees at 4 restaurants and creating a training program for new employees of a serviced-based business.

    Executive Chef

    Jeff is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. He graduated at the top of his class and has excelled in kitchens both in the US and Europe.

    While at culinary school, Jeff also worked as a chef and as a consultant in a number of renowned restaurants in New York and Palm Beach. After graduating, he was selected from more than 200 applicants to train under a Michelin Star chef at The Country House Montali in Italy.
