Will Morris is the Founder and CEO of EdConnective. He's been a participant in the Village Capital EdTech Accelerator, the Education Design Studio, Wharton Venture Initiation Program, Penn Social Impact House, and Lighthouse Labs Accelerator. Will received his Masters of Education from the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education. There, he researched instructional coaching as a promising lever of teacher quality.

Having worked in education as a tutor and consultant for over 7 years, Erik launched his own EdTech venture out of Washington, D.C. in 2011. He spearheaded technology development for his last venture Ivy Standard and grew it from 100 users to 3 million users in four years before successfully exiting.

Lauren is an experienced educator, instructional coach, and instructional coach trainer. She is a Teach For America alumnus and served as an educator in the Philadelphia School District where she was awarded the distinction of Teacher of the Year.
