Mike Hatch is a co-founder and President of Z-Olite Inc. Mike is a veteran of the Korean War and has been a dedicated volunteer within the community. Playing the piano in nursing homes for over 20 years, founding and serving on the board of the Logan Concert and Lecture Series at the Tabernacle, and assisting the Logan Police Department as a neighborhood watch leader. Mike has a strong entrepreneurial background having started multiple companies.

Casey Hatch is a co-founder and COO of Z-Olite Inc. He graduated with a degree in the College of Science at Utah State University (USU). While at USU, Casey was instrumental in the NASA Get-Away Special (GAS) program and was involved in four Space Shuttle experiments on four flights from 1994-2001. Casey served as President, Vice-President, and Secretary of Gem Valley Turf, Inc., a sod company created by Mike Hatch, before starting Z-Olite Inc..
