Mr. Viren Pancholi holds more than 30 years of experience in plastic manufacturing industry. He is the Chairman & Partner of Trufill Polymers which is a pioneer in Filler and Additive Masterbatch manufacturing in India and has been operational since 1989.
He invented the special compound for manufacturing polymeric film that can replace paper in almost all its application. The same polymeric film with few alterations forms Ecostic Wallcoverings.

He joined Trufill Polymers part time after finishing school. He finished his Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management from Centennial College-Canada and started the project Ecostic after returning to India in October 2009. With more than 6 years of experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry at Ecostic undertook a thorough research of the market before initiating the project. He also undertakes the conceptualisation of designs.
