Mr. Noble is an architect, environmental designer, industrial designer and environmental technology entrepreneur. He and/or his work have been the recipient of numerous regional and national awards for industrial and architectural designs, and green technology innovations.

Mr. Häusler spent 35 years working in management positions for IKEA. These positions included Chief Executive Officer IKEA Sweden, Chief Executive Officer IKEA Switzerland & Austria, and President and Chief Executive Officer IKEA USA West. Most recently, Mr. Hausler was the franchise owner of IKEA San Diego, a store with 300 employees, which he built to over $100 million in revenue, which became one of the most profitable IKEA stores in the U.S.

Mr. Gann is a dynamic executive with a career spanning more than twenty five years of international management success in The Dow Chemical Company, and experience leading emerging enterprises. He served as CEO of Genomatica, a San Diego based chemical company which utilizes biotechnology to engineer bio‐manufacturing. He has firsthand knowledge of an array of plastic and chemical specialties and commodities.

Prior to joining NET, Dr. Torti was consulting for cross-industry companies. He was the Founder & CEO of Moda Prima, a leader in fitness apparel with worldwide distribution. He is an accomplished senior executive with broad career accomplishments that include 10 years in the professional services industry, 12 years as a cross-industry business consultant and 15 years as an entrepreneur and company founder with a track record of growing companies.

Responsible for company funding and high level US and international business development and strategic partnering development. Mr. Potter has been active in the financial, energy and sustainability industries for over 20 years and has successfully participated, directed or placed over $200,000,000 of capital of which over $58,000,000 was dedicated to clean tech and renewable energy start-ups and early stage companies in the last ten years.

Dr. Seible was the Dean of the University of California, San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering. His responsibilities included strategic planning and operations, school-wide research and education initiatives, academic affairs, and UCSD-wide cooperative programs. He is a member of
the National Academy of Engineering and was the Walter J. Zable Professor of Engineering at UCSD.

Mr. Moberg was previously President & CEO of the retail company Majid Al Futtaim Group in Dubai during 2007 and 2008. From 2003 to 2007 he was President & CEO of Royal Ahold in The Netherlands and from 1999 to 2002 he was Group President International at the Home Depot based in Atlanta, USA. He previously worked in various positions for many years within the IKEA group, and from 1986 to 1999 he was President & CEO of IKEA Group.
