    CEO

    After 20 years of operation and finance experience with some of the world’s largest electricity and water providers Todd transitioned to financing solar energy projects in 2006. Prior to founding EcoPower Capital Todd was the SVP of Finance and Asset Management for Envision Solar and CFO at Generating Assets. Todd is an Advisory Board Member for two NREL efforts and the Finance Committee Chair for SolarTech.

    Chairman

    Mr. Feo is a co-founder of USRG Renewable Finance and has arranged debt financing for 375 MW of rooftop PV projects. He is Managing Director of Seaward Road Capital, COO of Lightbeam Electric & on the boards of Clean Power Finance, Clean Fund, Solsystems, Renewable Energy Trust and EcoPower Capital. Prior to 2010, Mr. Feo was the co-chair of the Global Project Finance practice at the international law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP

    With over 34 years of business management, finance and venture capital experience Reid has founded several Silicon Valley finance and technology companies, including: Photon Energy Services, a developer and financier of distributed solar power plants; eFinance Corporation, a pioneer of online credit delivery services and Concord Growth Corporation, which grew to become one of the largest independent California commercial finance companies.

    In addition to his role at EcoPower Dustin co-founded Photon in 2006 to deploy cost-effective renewable energy power plants in the U.S. Photon has generated more than $40M in solar funding through PPA’s and Bonds. Dustin served as an advisor to the California Energy Commission for the 2011 Integrated Energy Policy Report and serves on the Finance Committee for SolarTech, a solar industry consortium.

    Senior Advisor

    Ms. Morgan has held a number of senior positions in successful start-ups and in both wind and solar PV projects. Formerly Managing Partner of AC Solutions LLC, she represented over 500 megawatts of renewable energy assets and President of Envision Solar. Ms. Morgan served as Principal, GlobalNet Partners, a boutique international advisory & consultancy firm.

    Senior Advisor

    With over 23 years of professional finance experience, Scott has a strong and diverse background in finance, private equity and investment & corporate banking. Scott was VP of Project Finance & Business Development at Suntech. While at Suntech Scott lead the development of an in-house residential lease program and other residential financing programs including a utility scale project fund.
