ecoplex was conceptualised in response to climate change and the dire need for an eco resort using hi technology to teach the public how to live sustainably. Similar to the Eden Project in the UK, it is a commercial venture with various facilities and 12 income streams catering to the corporate, education and general public. ecoplex is the first of its kind in Australia and is to be located on 10 acres (freehold) on the Hume Highway at Gundagai
