Yan holds a BBA from the University of Minnesota - Duluth, is a level 2 CFA candidate, and currently is enrolled in a graduate program in Applied Statistics at Penn State.

Dmytro has over 8 years of diverse experience in eCommerce. His areas of expertise include sales, product management, customer support, purchasing, quality control, logistics. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Russian. Dmytro has moved to Shenzhen to support company Novel Logistics operations in China.
