A serial environmental entrepreneur with more than three decades of eco-business experience. For the last 15 years Mr. Doering has focused on sourcing and selling green chemicals to the institutional space. He has extensive experience in researching, purchasing, marketing and selling eco-products to institutions, distributors, chains and the retail market. Previously, he co-founded and operated an environmental retail chain in NY, Earth General.

Josh joined EcoLogic in 2006 after 16 successful years in production management in television (MTV, FOX, NBC). After founding his own management company, Josh ran operations & managed budgets for worldwide tours, productions & artists, including J Lo, Jessica Simpson, Chris Cornell & 98 Degrees. With EcoLogic, responsibilities include overseeing R&D, production, inventory, delivery, tech support, service, financials, IT, & day-to-day operations.

Kash has over 15 years of accounting and finance management experience and has been with EcoLogic since 2016 helping manage receivables, payables, cash flow, financials, financial modeling, debt, fundraising and pro-forma business models.

Shani comes with a degree in environmental engineering from Cornell and has worked with EcoLogic since its start up days, since 2008 in all capacities and departments of EcoLogic and now sits on our Leadership team, lending daily support to sales teams, business development, strategic partnerships, operations and regulatory management. She is the acting mentor to all team members at EcoLogic and helps impact culture & mission of our B Corp.
