Ronald RafterChairmanRon has spent many years developing business relationships in China which has paved the way for launching the ECO Group International product line in China. He has worked in corporate international banking for 20+ years. Other projects include restructuring an apple juice concentrate manufacturer by retrofitting the plant and restructuring the debt with the World Bank.

Kim ChristiansenPresidentKim has worked in the agriculture, building and water treatment industries on five continents over the last thirty years. His most recent project was with the Clinton Foundation and the Building Back Better Communities Initiative in Haiti, developing safe, high-quality housing to Haitians. He also is working with USAID in Haiti in developing sustainable farming practices to create a domestic and international market for the local population.

Li XIAO BOGeneral Manager, Asia OperationsLi’s background includes eight years as Secretary and Foreign Investment Officer for the Yingkou Government and nine years as GM of the Yingkou/Shenyang/Benxi Property Insurance Company. Li is very familiar with Chinese governmental operations, environmental concerns and requirements and economic climate. He is well connected and has established numerous relationships within the Chinese government and other industries including agriculture.

Ron GravesVice President, Production and TechnologyRon has worked in the fishing industry in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa since 1985, during which time he saw vast amounts of fish waste generated by fish processing plants being discarded. He most recentlhy owned and was President of Graves and Schneider International LLC, a premier Commercial Ship Brokerage company on the West Coast of the U.S. over 20 years.

Kelly BrandVice President, International Support OperationsKelly has led project teams in Strategic Facility Planning since 1999, developing long-term plans for corporate and government facilities, incorporating asset management strategies and managing projects from conceptual design through project completion. Clients included Fort Lewis Headquarters, UW, South Lake Union Medical Complex, McChord Air Force Base, REI, Bangor, Boeing, U.S. Navy, Bellevue Community College and T-Mobile.

Her most recent corporate post was at Expedia where she was responsible for generating $800 M in revenue for their corporate division.
