Mr. Snow has been in equipment and material sales for over 20 years working for large national companies supplying integrated machine systems and training workers in the proper use of the equipment.

Mr. Hayes has over 20 years experience in the composite industry and has been designing resin additives for over 15 years.

Ms. Unger has worked in the composite material industry for many years and worked closely with her father Wolfgang Unger the inventor of fiberglass recycling equipment and many of the commonly used chemicals and additives used in manufacturing of composite products.

Bruce spent over 20 years in the building supply industry with a background in building design and material specification. In the last few years Bruce has been in the composite materials industry with a focus on recycling and processing recycled materials.
