Shelley has more than 20 years experience in IT (developer, systems analyst, data base administrator, QA manager, IT manager and most recently as an IT project manager of web-based applications). Shelley has an undergraduate business degree in Finance from Georgetown and a graduate degree in Information Systems from Univ. of Miami. Shelley’s early career was in program management, financial analysis, budgeting and cost accounting.

Donna has more than 20 years experience as a transactional attorney in the areas of health care management, telecommunications, and most recently in the broadcast media industry (both television and radio). Donna has an extensive background in corporate transactions with experience in mergers & acquisitions, complex sales transactions, corporate governance, contracting and operations. Donna has a BA from Princeton and a JD from Georgetown Law.
