Echovate is a data science platform that recognizes people as people and not human capital. Our software-as-a-service technology enables companies to bring to light a person’s uniqueness, their individuality and what makes them successful.

By analyzing a behavioral fingerprint and a digital footprint, we visually represent the statistical significance and probability of success of a person through a similarity score to another person. With that similarity score we are able to define where in the organization that person will be most effective and why.
