EVC buys crates and bottles and stock them in a warehouse with ideal conditions of preservation. The resilience of wine to market fluctuations makes it an excellent alternative asset.     Pierre-Marie Giet is a graduate of EDHEC Business School and holds a Master of Science in Risk and Asset Management. He joined the graduate programme of RBS Global Banking&Markets two years ago, the investment arm of the Scottish bank. He also worked for BoAML where he was responsible for originating financing solutions on the corporate aircraft international market for large cap companies.
