    Andrew Doyle started in the food service industry at the age of 13, and worked his way up to being an Executive Chef by the time he was 25. In 2004, he opened his own 100% gluten free restaurant in Detroit, which ran successfully for three years. In 2009, Andrew made the decision to move to Los Angeles. Never one to sit still for very long, he now looks to launch the first 100% gluten free food truck in the U.S.

    COO

    Eric Church grew up in the Midwest and got the entrepreneurial bug at an early age, starting his first ‘company’ when he was 16. After majoring in film and working in the entertainment industry for a few years, Eric turned his focus to creating a computer consulting company in early 2013. Seeing the opportunity for how successful a 100% gluten free food truck could be, Eric teamed up with Andrew to run the business side of Eat. Taste. Live.
