I live in a small town where most people know everyone. We have few personal restaurants and a handful of franchise in town. Only one choice form fresh food and that is a gourmet restaurant. I want to cook fresh, made to order food made from local ingredients. I have talked to several citizens in my area that think that this is an awesome idea and are waiting. "Food" is the name. When I ask my kids what they want to eat, they answer "food".
